Fast-forward to 2015 when she placed 1st in the California Regional and went on to place 14th at the 2015 CrossFit Games in her rookie year. The challenge is $50 OR you can be a monthly/annual member of the Naked Training app.
At the end of the 8-week Challenge we'll ask for all participants to submit before and after photos, and a questionnaire. We'll choose the three best entries based on overall transformation and answers to the questionnaire.
At home bodyweight is for those of you with zero equipment. At home dumbbell is for those that have just one set or a couple sets of dumbbells. Functional is for most garage gym goers and those with access to a box. Commercial is for those who go to a traditional gym with machines.
Three winners will be flown out to Northern Utah for a weekend to run a Spartan Race with Brooke Ence and the Naked community.
