How do I win the challenge?

We’ll select 10 random winners. All you have to do is join the challenge, introduce yourself in the group, and complete the workouts to qualify.

Do I have to complete all the workouts to win?

Nope! As long as you’re an app member and you’ve introduced yourself in the group, you’re eligible to win.

Can anyone join, no matter where they’re from?

Absolutely! The challenge is open to everyone, no matter where you live.

Is it really free? Why do I need to enter my card?

Yes, your first 30 days are completely free. After that, you’ll have full access for $24/month, but you can cancel anytime. Our team responds quickly if you need help.

Do I need equipment for the workouts?

Not at all! These core workouts are bodyweight only, so you can do them anytime, anywhere—no equipment needed.
