How do I win the challenge?

At the start of the challenge, you will receive rules on how to take pictures and enter the challenge. At the end, we will pick 10 transformation winners to win the prizes.

Do I have to complete all the workouts to win?

Nope! As long as you take before and afters and follow the rules, you can be entered to win.

Can anyone join, no matter where they’re from?

Absolutely! The challenge is open to everyone, no matter where you live.

Do I need equipment for the workouts?

We have programs for almost any gym type from dumbbell only to garage gym to a full commercial gym!

Is the challenge beginner-friendly?

Yes! All of our programs are available for the challenge which includes even our bodyweight only and dumbbell only programs. So just start where you are and crush it!
